Based upon that transcribed discussion, and for good cause shown, the remaining discovery in this case shall proceed as follows: 1. The current June 14, 2007 deadline for completion of discovery shall remain in effect. Except as described below, further discovery shall be limited to the completion of fact depositions, including depositions under RCFC 30(b)(6). To the extent that Defendant wishes to pursue other discovery, such as through interrogatories or requests for production of documents, counsel should attempt to reach mutual agreement on a proper limited scope, considering the June 14, 2007 deadline. For example, the parties may want to limit such other discovery to the new allegations in Plaintiff's Amended Complaint. If counsel cannot agree on a limited scope of additional discovery, Defendant may file a motion requesting leave to conduct additional discovery not later than Friday, June 8, 2007. Defendant shall attach to the motion its proposed discovery requests, and shall explain to the Court why it did not serve such

requests earlier in this case. Plaintiff will be afforded an opportunity to respond to Defendant's motion within 14 days, or earlier if it desires. 5. Defendant shall file its Answer to the Amended Complaint on or before Friday, June 8, 2007.
