On January 30, 2008, Plaintiff filed a motion for an enlargement of time to file its reply to Defendant's opposition to Plaintiff's motion for a protective order. Plaintiff's counsel states that he needs more time to adequately prepare and reply to Defendant's opposition. Defendant does not oppose Plaintiff's motion. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's motion. Plaintiff shall file its reply by February 15, 2008.
