**************************** _____________________________________________________________ ORDER CONTINUING STAY OF PROCEEDINGS ______________________________________________________________ On May 23, 2008, Defendant filed a consent motion to continue the stay in this case and to reschedule the status conference currently scheduled for May 28, 2008. The parties agree that they are unaware of any new developments in this case that would warrant lifting the stay. Good cause having been shown, Defendant's motion is GRANTED. The stay in this case is continued, and the parties shall file a joint status report on August 23, 2008, and every 90 days thereafter informing the Court of the status of the ongoing criminal investigation or any events that may warrant lifting the stay of this case. The Court will hold a telephonic status conference on August 15, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. to discuss the status of the ongoing criminal investigation.
