**************************** _____________________________________________________________ ORDER STAYING PROCEEDINGS ______________________________________________________________ The Court held oral argument on February 26, 2008, on Plaintiff's motion for protective order to stay deposition of Demetrios Tsoutsas, filed on January 4, 2008. For the reasons discussed at oral argument, the Court converts Plaintiff's motion for protective order to a motion to stay this proceeding and GRANTS the motion. Proceedings in this case are STAYED until the criminal investigation in the District of New Jersey is resolved. The parties are ORDERED to file a joint status report no later than 20 days after conclusion of the criminal investigation informing the Court of the resolution of the matter, with recommendations on how this case should proceed. The Court will hold a telephone status conference on May 28, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. to discuss the status of the ongoing criminal investigation.
