The parties shall file simultaneous post-hearing briefs discussing the timing of the filing of the two Passamaquoddy Tribe complaints on December 29, 2006, one in this court and one in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and the evidence relevant to this issue. As to other issues pertinent to defendant's motion, the parties shall rest on the briefs previously filed in the subject matter. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties shall FILE their posthearing briefs on or before 5:00 P.M. eastern time, March 20, 2008.
