INTERVENORS' MOTION TO WITHDRAW THEIR APPLICATION FOR ACCESS TO PROTECTIVE ORDER COMES NOW the Intervenors, Campbell Roofing & Construction, Inc. and MGC/Campbell Roofing & Construction, Inc., and moves to withdraw their application for access to the Protective Order entered in this case, and, in support of their Motion, states the following: 1. On May 21, 2007, this Court issued a Protective Order and required that all parties wishing access to the Order file for application for access to the Order. The Order provided that the applications to the Order were to be filed on opposing counsel and not with the Court. 2. The Intervenors' counsel mistakenly electronically filed a copy of the application with the Court. (Docket #22)
