UNITED STATES, Defendant, and CAMPBELL ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION, INC., MGC/CAMPBELL ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION, INC., Intervenor-defendants. ______________________________________ PLAINTIFF'S VOLUNTARY MOTION TO STRIKE Plaintiff, Ironclad-EEI ("plaintiff"), voluntarily moves the Court to strike the applications of Kevin M. Cox, Esq. and Nancy M. Camardo, Esq. for access to protective order docketed on May 29, 2007, and states as follows: On May 21, 2007, the Court issued a Protective Order which provided, among other things, that applications for access to protected materials were to be served on opposing counsel rather than filed with the Court. On May 29, 2007, plaintiff inadvertently filed applications for access to protected material for Kevin M. Cox, Esq. (docket entry #20) and Nancy M. Camardo, Esq. (docket entry #21) with the Court via ECF. Based on the foregoing, plaintiff voluntarily and respectfully requests that the Court STRIKE 1 Case No. 07-280C (Judge Bush)
