COMES NOW the undersigned and files this, Motion To Intervene on behalf of MGC/Campbell Roofing & Construction, Inc., and in support of its Motion, states the following: The Plaintiff in the above cited action has filed a Protest before this Court alleging certain improper conduct on the part of the Defendant in the award of contracts identified in the Plaintiff's Complaint. Intervenor, MGC/Campbell Roofing & Construction, Inc. was awarded one of the contracts identified by the Plaintiff. Any action by this Court could affect the status of Intervenor's contract. Therefore, Intervenor is an interested party and entitled to intervene in this litigation. Intervenor, MGC/Campbell Roofing & Construction, Inc. respectfully requests that this Court place the undersigned on its list of recipients for any filings, whether paper or electronic.
