Pursuant to the Court's May 9, 2007 order, the parties respectfully submit this joint status report. The parties have conferred, and have decided that Friday, August 17, 2007 would be their preferred choice for Oral Arguments in this matter. In addition, regarding the issue of whether other parties wish to intervene in this matter, the Government represents that it has notified all parties who were awarded contracts pursuant to RFP Solicitation W91278-06-R-0007 of the existence of this action. As soon as the Government knows whether or not these parties choose to intervene it will inform both the plaintiff and the Court.
