The parties report that they have been making progress in their settlement negotiations but need additional time to complete the depositions of the appraisal experts. Defendant's motion is GRANTED. The deadline for discovery is extended to Monday, June 23, 2008. Then, no later than Friday, July 18, 2008, the parties shall file another joint status report indicating the progress of their settlement negotiations and whether any assistance from the court is necessary. IT IS SO ORDERED.
