The parties indicated their availability for the preliminary scheduling conference for three different dates, including the morning of November 1, 2007. Accordingly, the court will hold the preliminary scheduling conference on Thursday, November 1, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. The court will initiate the telephone conference call.
