Defendant represents that plaintiff "will agree to a seven day extension in exchange for any and all appraisal documents [defendant] ha[s] relating to this matter." The court finds defendant's motion to be reasonable and plaintiff's position to be unreasonable. Defendant's motion is GRANTED. Accordingly, defendant shall respond to plaintiff's complaint no later than Monday, August 6, 2007. IT IS SO ORDERED.
