ORDER The court is in receipt of the defendant's unopposed motion for an enlargement of time of thirty-one (31) days, to and including January 10, 2008, to file a response to the complaint. The court GRANTS the defendant's request, and ORDERS the defendant to file its response on or before Thursday, January 10, 2008. In addition, to discuss future proceedings in the case, the court ORDERS the parties to appear at a status conference on Monday, January 14, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. E.S.T., at the National Courts Building, 717 Madison Place, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20005.
