ORDER In an earlier order, the court granted the parties' request for additional time, to May 30, 2008, within which to file a joint stipulation of facts and a joint statement of issues of law. The parties explicitly did not seek additional time to brief their cross-motions for partial summary judgment, however, the court wants to ensure the parties have sufficient time to liberally cite to the joint stipulations and supporting documents in their briefs. Therefore, on or before Friday, June 20, 2008, the parties shall file, simultaneously, opening briefs in support of their cross-motions for partial summary judgment. On or before Wednesday, July 9, 2008, the parties shall file, simultaneously, reply briefs on their cross-motions for partial summary judgment.
