JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's order of January 14, 2008, the parties respectfully submit this joint status report. Counsel for the parties have not yet reached agreement about whether to participate in early neutral evaluation in this case. In order to better make that determination, counsel for the defendant needs additional time to consult with our client agency. The parties propose, therefore, to file another joint status report within eleven days, or on March 7, 2008.
