THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. *************************** ORDER The Stipulation for Entry of Judgment signed by counsel on this date is hereby APPROVED and will be incorporated into the record. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter final judgment in the amount of $6,9000,000 in favor of Pueblo of San Ildefonso ("Pueblo") and against the United States of America in accordance with RCFC 58. This entry of judgment shall finally dispose of all claims or demands, which the Pueblo asserted against defendant in its petition filed on August 11, 1951, its amended and supplemental petition filed on July 10, 1981, and it pretrial submissions. Entry of judgment of the Pueblo's claims is inclusive of attorney's fees and other costs and fully settles all claims for damages or other judicial relief or for administrative remedies that the Pueblo brought, or which were knowable and could have been brought against the Unites States with regard to damages, attorney fees, interest, and any other fees of any kind as of the date of the Settlement Agreement of February 3, 2005. The Clerk of the Court is hereby directed to enter judgment in accordance with this order, which incorporates the Stipulation for Entry of Judgment. No Costs. IT IS SO ORDERED. s/Bohdan A.
