Pursuant to the stipulation for entry of judgment, filed November 8, 2006, and the court's Order filed this same date, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED this date, pursuant to Rule 58, that the plaintiff recover of and from the United States the sum of $6,900,000.00. This judgment is inclusive of attorney's fees and other costs and fully settles all claims for damages or other judicial relief or for administrative remedies that the Pueblo brought, or which were knowable and could have been brought against the United States with regard to damages, attorney fees, interest, and any other fees of any kind as of the date of the Settlement Agreement of February 3, 2005.
