order is hereby entered. ,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the index to the record on appeal, a certified copy of thc
docket entries, and the clerk’s certificate shall be tiled on or before December I3, 2005 . The I
documents constituting the record on appeal shall not be transmitted until requested by this Court, l
but will be required within 24 hours ofsuch request.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the appellant’s briefand the joint appendix shall be filed
on or before December 20, 2005 . I

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the bricfofthe appellee shall be tiled on or belore l
Januagi 19, 2006 .
