THIS STATEMENT OF THE CHANGE ORDER SUPERSEDES ALL PROPOSALS OR OTHER PRIOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ALL OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE PARTIES RELATING TO THIS SUBJECT.
