In light of (1) the Parties' March 2nd Stipulation entered in Arizona, (2) the February 21st Stipulation entered in California consolidating Defendant Farid Meshkatai's debtor's exam, which will take place in California, and (3) the February 26th Order entered by California District Court for the Central District of California, this Court hereby vacates this Court's January 22nd Order.
