Such an Order was issued January 22, 2007, commanding the judgement debtor's presence in the undersigned's Courtroom on March 5, 2007. Judgment Debtor has filed an Emergency Application for Clarification of Order. The Court finds no need for clarification. The Order's meaning is plain. The Court shall preside at a debtor's exam on March 5, 2007, which shall proceed upon the judgment creditor's examination of the judgment debtor. The Court will rule upon any objections to the scope of the examination at that time. To provide for an efficient debtor's exam the Court has ordered that the judgment debtor produce for examination two weeks prior to the March 5, 2007 debtor's exam all documents described in Exhibit 1 to the Court's Order. In light of the Emergency Application for Clarification of Order, the Court will prescribe a schedule to address any objections to the

requests for production. All objections to production of the documents requested shall be asserted in a motion for protective order filed no later than February 7, 2007. Any response shall be filed no later than February 9, 2007. There will be no reply and the Court will hold a telephonic hearing to rule on any objections no later than February 14, 2007, thus affording the judgment debtor sufficient time to timely produce his documents in compliance with the March 19, 2007 production deadline. Judgment Debtor's Motion sets forth no basis for a continuance and accordingly none will be granted. IT IS ORDERED DENYING the Motion for Clarification (Doc. #138) as set forth in this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all objections to production of the documents requested shall be asserted in a motion for protective order filed no later than February 7, 2007.
