1 Defendants Farid Meshkatai and Anita Kramer Meshkatai (hereinafter
2 "Defendants") hereby submit this Notice of Withdrawal of Motion for Protective 1
3 Order. This Notice provides as follows:
4 1. Counsel for Plaintiffs and Defendants participated in a telephone
5 conference on February 8, 2007, in which an agreement was reached regarding
6 the debtor exam of Defendant Farid Meshkatai. See Affidavit of Lisa Hemann,
7 attached hereto as Exhibit 1; E-mail from Allen Hyman, attached hereto as
8 Exhibit 2. l
9 2. Pursuant to the agreement, Defendants hereby withdraw their
10 Motion for Protective Order, filed on February 7, 2007 in this Court.
