WHEREAS, the parties’ stipulation (D.I. 28), which was entered by the Court, currently
provides for initial disclosures to be rnade by February 1, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the parties continue to explore settlement possibilities and mediation has been
scheduled with the Court on April 22, 2008 (D.I. 32). ‘ `
Counsel for the parties hereby stipulate and agree, subject to Court approval, to extend the
deadline for initial disclosures through and including May 6, 2008.
