ROCHE’S NOTICE OF DEPOSTTION OF PAUL MACDONALD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rules 26 and 30 ofthe Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, Plaintiffs Roche Diagnostics Operations Inc. and Corange international Ltd. (referred
to collectively as "Roche") shall take the deposition upon oral examination of Paul MacDonald
beginning at 9:30 am. on September 5, 2008 at the offices of Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP,
Hercules Plaza, 1313 North Market Street, Wilmington, Delaware 1980l or at a time and place
