ENTRY OF DEFAULT It appearing that the complaint was filed in this case on December 5, 2007; that the summons and complaint were duly served upon defendant Smartdevil, Inc. ("Smartdevil") on December 10, 2007, Orders were granted extending the time for Smartdevil to answer up to March 17, 2008, and no answer or other pleading has been filed to date by Smartdevil as required by law; Therefore, upon request of plaintiff Girafa.com, Inc., default is hereby entered against Smartdevil as provided in Rule 55(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
