UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND TIME Plaintiff, Girafa.com, Inc., and defendant Yahoo! Inc. ("Yahoo") have stipulated and agreed, subject to the approval and order of the Court, to further extend the date by which Yahoo must respond to the complaint in this action through and including Friday, April 18, 2008. Plaintiff's counsel have agreed to file this motion for the benefit of Yahoo because counsel have not yet appeared in this case on behalf of Yahoo. WHEREFORE, plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court enter the attached form of order, approving the requested extension.
