IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED ANI) AGREED by the parties hereto, subject to the
approval ofthe Court, that the time within which plaintiff Carol A. Trawick ("Plaintift") must
move, answer or otherwise respond to the Connterciaiins is extended through and including May
19, 2008.
The reasons for this extension are: (I) Ylaintiff requires additional time to investigate the
allegations of the Counterclaims; and (2) Plaintiff has received no prior extensions of time within
which to tile her responses to the Connterclairns. This extension should not disrupt the schedule
in the case, as there has been no initial conference with the Court and there is no Scheduling
Order in place at this time.
