IT IS HEREEY STIPULATED AND AGREED by the parties hereto, subject to the (
approval of the Court, that the time within which defendants T&A Holding Corporation and M'll`
Holding Corporation must Answer the Complaint is extended through and including April 14, 1
2008.
» The reasons for this extension are: (1) the parties have engaged in settlement
negotiations, but have not been able to resolve the case; and (2) Defendants require additional
time to investigate the allegations of the Complaint. This extension should not disrupt the
schedule in the case, as there has been no initial conference with the Court and there is no
Scheduling Order in place at this time.
