STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between counsel for plaintiff FlashPoint Technology, Inc. and counsel for defendant VuPoint Solutions, Inc. ("VuPoint") and subject to the approval of the Court that the time by which VuPoint shall answer, move, or otherwise respond to plaintiff's complaint is extended to and including April 30, 2008. Counsel for VuPoint has requested this extension to allow VuPoint to gather information, and to enable the parties to begin discussions, concerning the complaint.
