STIPULATED ORDER

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, subject to the approval and order of the Court, that the deadline by which defendant General Electric Co. ("General Electric") must answer, move, or otherwise respond to the complaint in the above action is extended through and including May 30, 2008. The reason for this request is that plaintiff and General Electric have reached an agreement in principle to settle their disputes, and with an additional 30 days, they anticipate

being in a position to finalize the necessary paperwork and file a stipulation of dismissal. Since the filing of papers taking adversarial positions can impede the process of finalizing settlement documentation, this extension is respectfully requested.
