MOTION TO EXTEND Plaintiff FlashPoint Technology, Inc. respectfully requests that the Court grant this motion to extend the time by which defendant Ritz Camera Centers, Inc. ("RCC"), shall answer, move, or otherwise respond to plaintiff's complaint to and including April 30, 2008. Counsel for RCC has requested this extension to allow RCC to gather information, and to enable the parties to begin discussion, concerning the complaint.
