No other publicly-held corporation owns 10% or more of the stock of AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP, AstraZeneca UK Limited, or IPR Pharmaceuticals Inc. Shionogi Seiyaku Kabushiki Kaisha has no parent corporation. No publicly-held corporation owns 10% or more of the stock of Shionogi Seiyaku Kabushiki Kaisha.
