case is a related matter in the Multidistrict Litigation, In_Rg
Rosuvastatin Calcium Patent Litigation, MDL O8-1949 which has
been assigned to Magistrate Judge Stark for pretrial management;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
