Dear Judge Robinson:
Un February 16, 2{]·ll5, Defendants tiled their First Set of 1nten·ogatories and Request for
Production of Documents directed to Plaintiff Due to Plaintiffs failure to provide the outstanding
diseoveiy, Defendants tiled a Motion to Compel which is currently pending hefore the Court. As
of this date, Plaintiff has only provided a Response to the Request for Production. Plaintiff’s
response to Defendants First Set of Intcrrogatories is still outstanding.
The ease dispositive motion deadline is June I5, ZUD5. l.n order for Defendants to properly
brief this matter, it is essential that Defendants receive the information requested in the outstanding
discovery. Therefore, Defendants respectfully request that the tiling of case dispositive motions he
stayed pending the Court’s decision on De Fendants’ Motion to Coinpei, and a new briefing schedule
he issued at that time.
