Pursuant to D. Del. LR. ¢l7.l(a), defendants Scientific Games International, Inc.,
Scientific Games Holdings Corporation, Scientific Games Finance Corporation, and Scientific
Games Corporation (collectively, “Scientific Games") submit the following proposed voir dire
for the Court’s consideration, in addition to any standard voir dire questions posed by the Court:
