14 Defendant appeared before this Court on a Petition for Revocation of Supervised
15 Reiease. The Court considered the Petition and file in determining whether defendant
16 should be released on conditions set by the Court. l
17 The Court finds that defendant, having previously been convicted and placed on ·
- 18 supervised release, and having appeared before the Court in connection with a petition to
19 revoke his supervised release, has failed to establish by clear and convincing evidence that
20 he is not likely to flee or pose a dangerto the safety of the community if released pursuant
21 to 18 U.s.c. _§3142(b)'or (c). .
22 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that defendant be detained pending further
23 proceedings. 18 U.S.C. §3143; Rules 32.1(a)(1) and 46(c), Federal. Rules of Criminal
