15 A petition for revocation of supervised release having been filed and hearings held
16 with the defendant and counsel present, and the defendant having previously admitted
17 violations of allegations A and B of the violation petition,
18 IT IS ORDERED revoking the defendant's supervised release and the defendant,
19 Santiago Chris Cesina, shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a
20 term of ELEVEN (11) MONTHS.
21 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED upon release from the Bureau of Prisons, defendant is
22 placed on supervised release for a period of TWENTY-FIVE (25) MONTHS.
23 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED affirming standard conditions of supervision previously
24 imposed. The Defendant shall comply with the following additional conditions:
25 1. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance
26 abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute
27 to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

1 2. You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer,
2 electronic devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search
3 conducted by a probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner.
4 3. You shall participate in a mental health program as directed by the probation officer
5 which may include taking prescribed medication. You shall contribute to the cost of
6 treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.
7 4. The defendant shall maintain ful1—time employment and/or schooling as directed by
B 8 the probation officer.
9 5. You shall not contact the following victim(s), Jason Coyote, and the probation officer
10 will verify compliance.
11 6. You are prohibited from owning, maintaining or using a firearm.
12 7. You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages.
i 13 The defendant is advised of his right to appeal within 10 days.
