A Petition for Revocation of Supervised Release having been filed and the Defendant having admitted the allegation that he violated Standard Condition #1 and Special Condition #1 of his conditions of supervised release, and the Court having found that Defendant has violated the terms of supervised release,
IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT Defendant's supervised release is TERMINATED AS UNSUCCESSFUL. IT IS ORDERED terminating the defendant's supervised release as unsuccessful pursuant to the plea agreement in CR 07-00252-1-PHX-PGR.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant is remanded to into the custody of the United States Marshal's Service. ///
