MOTION TO CONTINUE ADMIT/DENY HEARING (First Request)

Defendant ANTONIO BUSTOS-MOTA moves to continue the Admit/Deny Hearing scheduled for Monday, February 12, 2007, at 2:00. Discussions with the government have revealed that new reentry charges will be filed in the near future. The parties contemplate a resolution of both the supervised release violation and the new charge in a single agreement. Assigned Assistant United States Lisa Settel, Esq., was consulted prior to the filing of this motion and is in agreement. Assigned Probation Officer Alicia R. Pineda is out of the office until February and could not be contacted.
