Pursuant to the Parties' Joint Statement Re: Confidential Status of this Court's Order on Summary Judgment (Dkt.#384) stating that there is no reason for the Court's September 30, 2006 order to remain sealed the Court will direct that the order be unsealed. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED directing the Clerk of the Court to unseal the Court's September 30, 2006 order. (Dkt.#383). DATED this 18th day of October, 2006.
