2 N than 17 pages are necessary to address the six joint venture-related counts for relief that
3 N are the subject of this Motion for Summary Judgment.
4 To appropriately address Plaintiffs’ theories and the undisputed material facts
5 N requires in excess of the 17 -page limit allowed by Rule 7 .2(e). Accordingly, the GTCR
6 N Defendants respectfully request that the Court enter an Order granting the GTCR
7 Defendants leave to file a Memorandum of Points and Authorities Supporting its Motion
8 for Summary Judgment that does not exceed 37, inclusive of the table of contents and
9 N table of authorities submitted with the GTCR Defenda.nts’ Motion.
