19 Pursuant to the parties’ settlement and stipulation,
20 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows;
21 A. All claims and causes ef action as asserted by defendants/counterclaimants
22 Dean Krieg, Mary Louise Krieg and Kriegs, Inc. as set forth in the countercomplaint are
23 denied in their entirety and the countercomplaint is dismissed with prejudice-
24 B. Plaintiff Ramada Franchise Systems, Inc. is granted judgment on its
25 complaint and awarded damages in the amount of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars
26 ($400,000.00) against Dean Krieg, Mary Louise Krieg and Knegs Inc., jointly and

l severally. Pre—judgment interest to accrue on all unpaid sums from the date ofthe parties’
2 stipulation until the date this judgment is entered.
3 C. Post-judgment interest to accrue on all unpaid sums from the date this
4 judgment is entered until paid in full as provided in 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
5 D. Pursuant to Rule 54, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Coun finds that
6 there is no just reason to delay the entry of this judgment as a final judgment.
7 Accordingly, this judgment is entered immediately as a final judgment.
