Plaintiff/Trustee Diane Mann, through undersigned counsel, hereby files this Notice of Filing Corrected Exhibits 1 and 3 to Trustee's Statement of Facts in Support of Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (RE: Count III), which was filed on February 2, 2006 ("SOF"). Attached to the SOF, as Exhibit 1, were copies of selected pages from Michael Dean Makings' June 9, 2005 deposition which had lines 22-25 of each page omitted. Attached hereto as Exhibit 1, are complete copies of those selected pages from Making's June 9, 2005 deposition. Also, Exhibit 3 originally included only a few pages of the Defendants' expert witness report where the ICG assets were valued. Because Defendants cite other portions of that valuation section without attaching them, Plaintiffs hereby provide its amended Exhibit 3 which includes the entire ICG valuation opinion.
