On July 25, 2005, this Court held a Rule 16 Scheduling Conference establishing certain deadlines. On May 6, 2006 Defendant filed its Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff has filed two Unopposed Motions for Extension of Time to File Response to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. Her Response to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is now due June 30, 2006. The trial date is August 8, 2006. There is not sufficient time for the Court to rule on Defendant's Motion for Summary before trial. IT IS ORDERED vacating the pretrial conference set July 24, 2006, and the trial date of August 8, 2006, to be reset after dispositive motions are ruled on.
