IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment of Infringement with respect to Defendants' Exhibit 500 Package is Denied. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Granting summary judgment of non-infringement in favor of Defendants with respect to Defendants' Exhibit 500 Package, [86]. This Complaint and action are hereby dismissed.
