The Court having been notified that this matter has settled; IT IS ORDERED that this action will be dismissed by the Clerk's Office without further notice on August 15, 2005, unless prior thereto a request for reinstatement on the court's trial calendar is filed herein. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED all pending motions are denied without prejudice with leave to reinstate should the parties fail to finalize the settlement agreement. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED affirming the final pretrial conference set September 25, 2005 and the trial set February 14, 2006, to be vacated upon the entry of dismissal of this case.
