On October 24, 2005, the Court held a pretrial hearing in preparation for the trial set on November 15, 2005. Plaintiff Mr. Halloum ("Plaintiff") did not attend at the time that hearing was set. On the same day, Plaintiff appeared at a later time and submitted a Motion explaining that he never received notice of the hearing because of an error in his address on the docket; the Motion requests that the Court keep the current trial date of November 15,

2005. (Dkt. 120). The Court cannot keep the current trial date because of scheduling conflicts. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED denying Plaintiff's Motion to keep the November 15, 2005 trial date. (Dkt. 120). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED setting a status hearing on November 28, 2005 at 9:45 a.m., to determine further proceedings in the case. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff meet with Defendant' counsel pursuant to this Court's order on September 12, 2005 (Dkt. 109) to file a proposed pretrial order by November 23, 2005.
