21 moves for a brief extension of the current due date by which both parties are required to

22 l tile their Proposed Finding of Facts, Conclusion of Law, and other supporting papers from
23 I July 31, 2006 to August 7, 2006 or at least to August 4, 2006.
24 The first extension kindly granted by the Court has turned out to be insufficient
25 because Plaintiff under estimated the amount of work and the time it will take him to
26 I reasonably complete his post-trial submissions under his difficult circumstances that he
27 stated in his first request for extension.. Plaintiff is still out of countiy and he genuinely
28 needs this second extension, which is not requested to cause unnecessary delays or for any

1 I other improper purpose. Plaintiff has tried his best to meet the ctnrent deadline but it is
2 clear that he won’t succeed in his efforts.
3 Plaintiff has not been able to contact the opposing counsel. However, Plaintiff sees
4 I no reason why Defendant lntel would have any objection to this short extension when it
5 might equally benefit and won’t be prejudice in any manner.

6 For the foregoing reasons, and the reasons of the first request for extension
7 incorporated here by reference, Plaintiff respectfully requests that the current due date for
3 I the parties to file their respective post-trial papers be extended from July 3l, 2006 to
9 August 7, 2006, or to August 4, 2006, at least.
