Given the parties' dispute over proposed jury instructions, IT IS ORDERED that, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 17, 2005, the parties shall file written briefs setting forth objections, if any, to the jury instructions proposed by the opposing party and not stipulated to by both sides. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that response and reply briefs are not permitted. The Court may hear arguments on the objections to the jury instructions, if any, at the Supplemental Status Hearing currently scheduled for Monday, August 22, 2005 at 8:00 a.m.
