The parties, by and through their undersigned counsel, stipulate and agree that the deadline for the expert discoveries be extended only for the purpose of completing the deposition of Mr. Gary Stuart ("Stuart"). Plaintiff understands that Stuart is out of the state and Plaintiff is not able to complete the deposition until June 19, 2007. Plaintiff understands that Stuart is traveling from New Mexico to Flagstaff, Arizona on that date to complete this deposition. The extension to depose Stuart will not extend any other pretrial dates. RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED this 1st day of June, 2007.
